We do our best to ship all orders quickly. Within Germany they usually arrive within 2-4 working days, depending on how fast DHL is. If you are by 12/18 order, your package should arrive before Christmas!
Our return period is normally 14 days. We are extending this during the Christmas season: Orders up to and including December 8th, 2021 can be returned up to January 7th, 2022 - also for a refund of the amount.
