Can I also return the products if something doesn't fit or I don't like it?

Yes, of course. You have a 14-day right of return and can send unworn products back to us in their original condition during this period. We will check the goods again after receipt and if everything is ok, we will refund your money. For each return, please fill out our return form so that we can allocate your package. You have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. Unfortunately we can't offer exchanges, so just re-order if you need a different size. We would like to ask you to only order what you really want, as each return costs a lot of resources. Unfortunately, if the goods are returned to us later than 14 days after you have received them, we can no longer offer a refund, so please stick to this deadline.

What happens if I place a large selection order? I'm just not sure about the sizes.

Please email us at hallo@coco-malou.com with your measurements and the sizes you wear with other brands. We would be happy to advise you in advance. Then it makes sense to order a set of your choice and thus find out your size for further Coco Malous before you order many pieces in different colors and sizes. Please understand that we unfortunately cannot fulfill large selection orders with ten or more products and therefore have to cancel them. We are still a small start-up and do not have the capacity to send each customer multiple sizes to choose from. Returns are not only very expensive, but also pose a problem for the environment. Therefore, it goes against our philosophy to implement this type of order.

Can I also order internationally?

Within Europe: yes! The shipping costs for all countries outside of Germany are €5.5 for uninsured shipping without a tracking number (€6.5 to Switzerland). Please note that in the case of uninsured shipping, we cannot pay for any loss of the goods and have no way of tracking the shipment. For insured shipping within Europe we charge a flat rate of 11€ - you will also receive a tracking number for this. From a value of goods over 100 € we only offer insured shipping.

Please note that shipments to Switzerland usually have additional customs duties and import taxes . Unfortunately, we do not have any influence on this. For Swiss customers, all prices shown are net prices. For any returns from Switzerland, we ask you to fill out the customs information on your return correctly, as we cannot collect any packages from the customs office.

We are currently unable to ship to other continents or the UK.

Who bears the costs of the return?

The buyer bears the costs of return shipping. We will refund you the purchase price after receipt and inspection of the goods. This can take up to 14 days.

How should I wash my Coco Malou lingerie?

We recommend that you wash our lingerie at 30°C and individually in a laundry bag for similarly colored laundry. Bras and bralettes should always be fastened. By the way, it is a myth that you should wash underwear at 60° or even 90°C - this is not only worse for the environment because of the high energy consumption, but also ruins the delicate lace and is absolutely unnecessary for hygiene reasons. In general, a mild detergent and, if available in your washing machine, a hand wash program is a good idea to protect the delicate materials and make them last longer. Are there bras with large cups (and with a small underbust size)?

We hear you! And the good news is, yes, we've launched our first plus size bras: the non-wired but extra supportive Emma bra and the Cleo bralette with pads .

Since we find it extremely important that our lingerie fits well and also offers you the support you need, we are already working hard on new models for different body types. Unfortunately, as a rule, you cannot simply have the bralette in 70A also produced in 85E, as this would not sit nicely and would not offer any support. So it takes a little longer. An increase in sizes (under bust size 85, 90, etc.) will hopefully follow in the coming months.

Is there a size chart?

Yes, but we're honestly not a big fan of tables because they often don't apply to everyone. However, it would be helpful if you took your measurements and contacted us by email (hallo@coco-malou.com). Feel free to tell us what bra size you usually wear with other brands! Here is our guide on how to measure. We base our sizes on well-known brands on the market.

Are there also gift vouchers?

Yes, you can buy vouchers directly here ! The voucher is also a great idea for those who make last-minute decisions, as it is automatically sent by e-mail immediately after payment with Paypal. When paying by credit card it may take a few days.

Are your products 100% organic?

All Coco Malou products are as sustainable as possible: We only use materials that are produced in Europe and pay attention to environmentally friendly and sustainable raw materials when selecting them. Our main material Tencel Lyocell is a so-called regenerated cellulose fiber that is obtained from sustainably cultivated wood. The manufacturing process was even awarded the European Award for the Environment by the EU because the process is particularly ecological. For example, 50 times less water is used than in the production of cotton. In addition, it has other advantages over other substances: the cultivation does not compete with the cultivation of food, as is often the case with cotton, no additional irrigation is required and pesticides or fungicides are not used either. That's why we think Tencel is even better than (organic) cotton! In addition, the fabric is very skin-friendly and reduces bacteria. :)

The lace we use is made in Germany and Italy and is Oeko-Tex STeP certified - a seal that stands for both social and ecological manufacturing. We use the Roica Eco Smart yarn, which consists of recycled fibers. Nevertheless, the lace is a synthetic fabric composed of polyamide and elastane. However, it is very important to use elastane in the underwear sector, otherwise the products would stretch out and not be worn for long. At the moment elastic lace is not yet available on the market made of natural fibers or Tencel - but if that should change, we are sure to be one of the first to use it happily. Until then, we will focus on the circular economy and the reduction of waste.

Other accessories, such as straps, elastic bands or bowls, which are not yet available in ecological quality, are at least sourced from European suppliers, so that the transport routes are as short as possible. All materials used are Oeko-Tex certified.

How do you pack your goods?

We ship all Coco Malou packages in cardboard shipping boxes - you won't find any plastic bags with us! Our greeting cards and postcards are also produced in an environmentally friendly way; we only print on recycled or FSC-certified paper. Within Germany, DHL Go Green is used for shipping. From 2023, all products in the warehouse will be in an FSC-certified paper bag for protection, which is made in Germany and can be recycled with waste paper.
